No! I don't work with the CIO approach, but that doesn't mean there may not be any tears. But my approach is gentle and tailored to your comfort level. We’ll find a method that supports your baby’s ability to self-soothe while ensuring they feel safe and secure. At what age can I start sleep training? You can start implementing healthy sleep habits from birth and all plans are adjusted to your child's age, so you can begin making healthier sleep habits at any age! What if my baby doesn’t respond to the plan? Every baby is different, which is why I provide a full month of support. If something isn’t working, we’ll adjust the plan to find what suits your baby best. How long will it take to see results? Many families see improvements within just a few nights! Most babies are sleeping significantly better within one to two weeks. Do you work with breastfeeding families? Absolutely! We can structure your plan to maintain nighttime feeds if needed while still improving overall sleep. |
