Monthly training programs
You’ll get a monthly training plan with two to four workouts a week depending on your training plan and goals. Choose between an individual, general or self-guided program.

Are you ready to make life changes and develop habits that stick? With the Healthy Habits program, you'll learn how to incorporate simple and small habits to improve your quality of life. If you've ever struggled to make changes or want to make changes in your life, now is the time and this is the program for you!
Choose from two options: Healthy Habits Personalized Program Within the Personalized Program you'll receive personal coaching with Courtney to narrow down your needs and how to make your program work best for you. We'll begin where you are at and add one or up to seven small habits to each day. Each habit will be ten to thirty minutes long. We'll focus on all areas of life including nutrition, sleep, exercise, and mindfulness. Each program will be adapted to what you need to focus on most and this program takes an all-around approach to a healthier lifestyle.
