Monthly training programs
You’ll get a monthly training plan with two to four workouts a week depending on your training plan and goals. Choose between an individual, general or self-guided program.

Individual Program

You’ll have general workouts added to your training schedule and you can choose as to what types of training you'd like to do, such as gym workouts, home workouts or a combination.
