Why I Created Fit & Flow

Hi, I’m Courtney—former Olympian turned busy mom and entrepreneur. My life once revolved around peak performance, but after retiring, I struggled to balance wellness with real-life demands.
I went from structured training to barely fitting in workouts, from balanced meals to quick fixes, from feeling strong to feeling drained. Despite all my fitness knowledge, I still struggled—until I realized:
